Calan has experience of commissioning evaluations and working with a range of organisations, from the small scale routine reviews of activity that are required by funders to larger scale evaluations encompassing all aspects of project work
We have significant experience in setting up data collection and monitoring systems and in benchmarking organisations and services pre evaluation.
Calan will work with you to decide on the type of evaluation and the best methods to use for your organisation in order to achieve a realistic, meaningful and useful evaluation, including participatory, stakeholder and evaluations for empowerment. We would be interested in working with you on the design of impact assessment tools and methods.
Calan can work alongside you on formative evaluations that will inform your project delivery and on summative evaluations looking at process and outcomes.
